GENERAL

✦ I WILL draw: ocs, fanarts, ships, yumeships, detailed character designs, small animals (e.g. cats, birds, rodents, rabbits), soft gore;
✦ I WILL NOT draw: nsfw, realism, furry, complicated backgrounds, mecha/complex machinery, or anything that feels inappropriate or uncomfortable;
✦ Visual references must be provided;
✦ I retain the rights to all the illustrations I create;
✦ Keep in mind that I may not be able to reply quickly between 8am to 3pm UTC-3.

ORDERING

✦ Commission requests should preferably be sent through Email, however; you can refer to this form as a template to submit your order;
✦ A minimum of 1 complete colored character reference is required;
✦ Being specific with your request description is extremely helpful; provide as many visual references as you can;
✦ You may request a specific display size; if not specified, I will work with my default sizes (about A4, 300dpi);
✦ Once your commission is approved, you will be added to the Waiting List.

PAYMENT

✦ A minimum of 50% upfront payment is required, the payment must be completed upon commission finalization;
✦ Prices listed are for personal use only;
✦ Full refund will be given only if the drawing hasn’t been started. If the drawing has been started but not completed, the refund will be partial to the work done. Once coloring is started, no refunds will be allowerd;
✦ For payment via PayPal: You will be charged the price of the drawing + the PayPal commission. (5.4% + 0.30 usd). You will be sent the final price before agreeing to go through with commissioning me.

USAGE

✦ Personal Use commissions include usage within public social media, such as icons, banners, video thumbnails;
✦ I own the copyright to the commision, I can use the artwork for self-promotion or for my portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon; you may ask me to keep the commission private in which case I won't use the image publicly;
✦ I will not make merchandising with your commission;
✦ Usage of my artwork for AI image generators or NFTs is strictly prohibited;
✦ You are not allowed to claim the artwork as your own or profit off of it (for example, selling merchandising with the illustration);
✦ You may display the artwork publicly without crediting me directly as long as you don't claim the work as your own.

PROCESS AND ADJUSTMENTS

✦ You will be provided at least 1 WIP per stage of your commission. You may ask for additional updates on your commission.
✦ I will start working on the commission once initial payment is confirmed.
✦ Sketching: you will be able to ask for up to 5 major changes such as pose or composition changes and as many minor changes as needed (e.g. details). After the final sketch is approved no more major changes will be allowed and i will move on to lining;
✦ Lining/Base coloring: you will only be able to ask for minimal changes, such as facial expression and color adjustments;
✦ Coloring: you will only be able to ask for color adjustments;
✦ Completion: I will send you a final WIP for approval; you can ask for minimal changes such as color balance adjustments or overlayed textures. You will receive the Google Drive link with your high res files as soon as the full payment is confirmed;
✦ Mistakes on my end can be fixed at any stage.

DELIVERY

✦ Commissions can take up to 1-2 weeks to complete. If serious personal problems were to come up, the commissions may get delayed and you will be properly notified;
✦ I don't take urgent commissions/rush orders currently;
✦ Completed commissions will be delivered via Google Drive. Files will be deleted 6 months after completion;
✦ You may ask for me to temporarily reupload your files in case you lose them for whatever reason.
